yesterday was queens day. or rather kings day. the netherlands got a new king and we spent the day roaming around drinking and dancing. it’s a crazy scene. right when we were about to call it a day we found ourselves on a boat drinking gin.
i’m exhausted today.

having a hard time concentrating today because my beautiful little cat Billy the Kid is going into surgery for massive amounts of kidney stones. poor girl.
her past has always been a strange mystery to me. i adopted her from spanish harlem where she was living with snakes when she was 2 years old. it was clear that her old vet was not so great from the butcher job he did declawing her front claws. (don’t declaw cats, people!) then a few years later i noticed she had a tattoo deep inside her ear. and now when she had her belly shaved for her ultrasound the vet found a massive abdominal scar that if it was from spaying, she had once again been butchered.
Billy the Kid what happened to you as a child?
i wish i had adopted her when she was born so she could have had a better kittenhood.
the moral of the story is take care good of your pets and i love you, Billy the Kid.
remember that time we found 50 year old ‘old duck’ sparkling burgundy and it was disgusting.
i’m beginning to figure out that my number one rule of lounging at home is that you must own a kimono.
